Customer Verification Information


Nevada's Assembly Bill Number 358 prevents access to a customer's Social Security Information.
PA Compliance's credit database provider, Experian, has acted upon a 1993 law from Nevada stating the need to notify all Nevada residents if their SSN has been searched. The Assembly Bill Number 358 was passed on October 1, 1993, requiring credit bureaus to disclose all inquiries made on Nevada residents to the consumer, regardless of whether or not credit information was provided. As such, Experian has decided to restrict that data. This ensures Experian complies with the Nevada legislation and can continue selling Social Search to non-permissible customers in all remaining states.

It will still be possible to verify the name, address, telephone number, and DOB of a Nevada resident using the PA Compliance system. For reference to the actual law, please refer to the following website address:
